We speak English and French! On parle le français et langlais! A 2400sq. ft home located just outside of the border of the wildlife preserve Green Belt of the National Capital of Canada, Ottawa. The house is part of the Chapel Hill community area. There are local groceries and restaurants within 2 minutes by car or 10 minutes by bicycle. The well-known By Ward Market and its restaurants in downtown Ottawa are 10 minutes away by car. I have a Santa Fee car with the home exchange. Conditions of exchange: Non-smoker, no pets in my home (but I can take care of pets in the home exchange), and children welcome.
I have done five home exchanges. Im a physiotherapist working with the National Defence and at the Ottawa Hospital. I have 2 adult daughters. I expect travelling with one of my daughter, my mother or friends for my next vacation. I prefer home exchange for 3 to 4 week between May and September. I enjoy outdoor activities that comes with the ocean, lakes and mountains. I'm open to places where we can hike, sail, do kayaking, bye, visit wineries, local farms and museums, and learn about history. |
