Our 500 sqft cosy appartment is a nice, modern, and very sunny one bedroom and perfect for couples. It features a living room with a couch, a bedroom with a queen size bed, a kitchen, a bathroom, and balcony with an astonishing view over Paris and the Eiffel Tower. Three people max may stay there. The apartment is on the 13th floor and has no counterpart. Days are sunny and you may enjoy the sunset.
The appartment is located on the East side of Paris, 5 minutes away from the Gambetta subway, near the Père Lachaise cemetory (where Jim Morrisson was burried). The apartment is located in a very quiet area, 2 minutes walk from supermarket, drugstore, bakery, cheese merchant, butcher stores.
The apartment is big enough and contains everything necessary to enjoy your vacations. The neighborhood is great and surrounded by stores, public places, bars and good restaurants. It is a young and lively neighborhood, quiet and safe. It's a 5 minutes walk to the subway (Gambetta station, line 3), about 25 minutes train riding to the center of Paris (Notre Dame de Paris)
My girlfriend and I are taking a vacation trip to New-York from October 29th to November 9th 2012. The exchange concept happens to be a great facilitator in travelling business, and we would be very pleased to exchange our apartment with yours.
