Hello, young french student looking forward to starting appartment swap with New york city-dwellers during the summer from beginning of july to end of august. I have a small but neat condo over in the 18th district, near Montmartre (the sacree coeur) and am 20 minutes by metro from the center of Paris (Chatelet). My appatment contains a single bedroom, kitchen with fridge and cooking objects, toilet, shower, and sink and cabinets. I have a very nice luminous view and it is quite spacious for one person or even a couple. I wish to stay in New york and am not picky about the choice neighborhood. I'd say my appartment is perfect for young couple wanting to discover and enjoy Paris for a couple of months, ( because i am nearby abesses, a very dynamic and trendy neighborhood with a very typically old french spirit to it)...
