Well kept building, elevator, south exposure, clear full windows. Plenty of natural light. Large living room aprox. 350sq.feet, one bedroom (second bedroom will be closed for my personal effects), fully equipped and newly redone kitchen, one bathroom. WIFI- Large flat screen TV, cable free and unlimited telephone for Europe , Israel and the USA, including USA cellular phones. I am retired therefore my schedule is flexible. I live alone and would like maximum 3 adults staying at the apartment. Je vis seule et j'ai 61 ans. J'étais conseil en Propriété Industrielle ( trademark agent)et je suis à la retraite depuis un an. Je voyage seule . Je suis tres soigneuse et soucieuse du bien d'autrui.
