HOUSING SWAP – your Manhattan apartment for a Paris (15e) very cute one-room flat
I am looking for an apartment for 2 persons in Manhattan, the best would be Upper East Side because we are visiting my brother who lives in this area. We will stay in NY for 1 week from april 30rd to may 7th.
The apartment in Paris is a one-room apartement, very cute, clean and sunny at the 6th floor (with elevator). It is in the center of Paris : 10 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower, les Invalides, le Champs de Mars. It is situated near la rue du Commerce, a charming area and is 3 minutes walk from the metro lines 10, 6 or 8 ( La Motte-Piquet or Emile Zola station). It is a very quiet street with everything you would need within little walking distance : bakery, supermaket, marché...A confortable Sofa bed for two persons, a little bathroom with a shower, an equipped kitchen : refrigerator, oven, but no TV and no PC, sorry.
The apartement is my parent's 2nd residence and is avalaibale at any time. We live in a nice big house in Vannes - south of Brittany, 5 minutes from the sea - which could also be swaped if you prefer, from april 30rd to may 7th.or this summer ( 1st to 15th of august).
