I live in the 12th arrondissement of Paris, in a comfy flat of a reasonnable size (60 square meter) with two bedrooms (one for a child and another one with a mezzanine bed for 2).
It's a quiet area in the south east, not far from the bois de vincennes (10 mins walk), bastille (20 mins). Close to a subway station, it will take you no longer than 30 minutes to go to every famous sights the city offers! : versailles , the eiffel tower, the champs-Elysées, the arc de triomphe, to name but a few...I could help you with a personal guide through the city and the places to be or visit in Paris if you'd like...
As far as i'm concern, I 'm looking for a place to live with my 4 years old child, for 3 months (june, july and august) in a safe area of New York (close to central park if possible) or in LA (close to the beach but a car is compulsory)
