28 year-old French guy currently living in Paris is looking for a flat swap between Paris and
London.
The flat to swap with in Paris is a one bed-room flat (37 square meters), furnished, very well-
located in the 14th arrondissement (2 min walk from metro tube stops and 10 min walk from
the train station Montparnasse), in a new building in a pedestrian street.
It is on the ground floor of the building but has no open outlook on the street. It has a nice
private terrace (see picture attached). It also has a hall, bathroom, kitchen and bedroom/lounge.
In exchange, I am looking for an equivalent flat in the centre of London (zone 1 or 2), East end preferably but open to other suggestions, or looking for a flat share.
The swap would be from the end of August/September to December /January (5 months
approx) engaging no costs for both parties.
