Hello ! My fiancé and I would like to swop our place during the summer . It's 5 min cycling from Saint Germain and the Jardin de Luxembourg, and 10 min cycling to the Tower Eiffel. It's tiny but very cute and cosy, it's on the first floor in an old parisian building, so the flat stay cool during the day, when it can be boiling in Paris, suit perfectly for a couple. My fiancé is a phD candidate, and I am a filmmaker, we've been traveling in asia, africa and america, but we are kind to go anywhere !( Specially in Berlin, at the moment ).
