We want to exchange our appartment located near the center of Paris (Place d'Italie) We exchange a 45m2 (480 Sq Ft) 1st floor appartment in the "Buttes aux Cailles" area : The new Montmartre! The street is very safe and quiet and at the same time, you are 5 minutes walk from all facilities (baker's store, grocery store, swimming pool, a mall, a market, movie theatres...) and this is a young and family neighbourhood. You will be near from Line 6 (Corvisart), 7 and 5 (Place d'Italie) Recently graduated in communication, we are 3 girls (25, 25, 23) who decided to fly to NY to improve our english and discover this magic city and fulfill a dream. We are calm, clean and responsible and reliable persons. We love urban live : concerts, art exhibitions, movies, walking along the Seine, have diner with friends...
