I am offering a studio in Paris, France to swap with a studio or apartment in New York City, NY from November 8th to November 22nd, for one or two weeks depending on what you are searching for. Dates can be negotiated.
The studio is 25 m2, and is located in front of a small park, at the limit between the 12th and 11th areas of Paris, which are central and very lively parts of the capital.
The place is furnished and composed of a large room that also is the bedroom, a kitchen (where we can have a 6 persons dinner), and a bathroom with bathtub. There are 2 large windows giving on the street, which gives the studio a lot of light.
The studio in inside an apartment complex very well taken care of, with a concierge.
- Washing machine, TV with cable, home telephone, Wi-Fi.
- The subway station is literally 30 seconds away from the apt., and 2 lines are available (line 8 and line 1). Lots of buses stations around as well and a bike station (Velib', which is the public bike renting system in Paris).
- 10 minutes top to go to "Bastille"
- 15 minutes away from the Marais (Latin quarter), walking distance.
The place is very close to grocery shops, restaurants, bars (lots of wine bars), the market everyday (except for Monday), very good bakeries, pharmacies, 2 hospitals, clothes shops and a gym 2 minutes away.
Smokers allowed, pets allowed.
