Hello!
We are a couple with a child, Anton. He is one year old. We won't necessarily travel with him.
We own a 110m2 flat in the charming 3rd district of Paris, which is called Haut Marais.
It is located 5 min from the following tube stations: TEMPLE ( the closest one), REPUBLIQUE and ARTS ET METIERS.
You are really in the center of Paris ( 10 min by foot from beaubourg Museum for instance...). The street is very calm but the area in itself is extremely lively with a lot of Bobo cafes, restaurants etc.
The flat is composed of: 1 master bedroom with a dressing room, 1 guest room/ office ( with a very comfortable muji sofa bed which can host 2 people), a child bedroom, all equipped, 1 living room with an american kitchen ( 40m2 in total) + 2 bathroom ( on with a bath, one with a shower). The whole flat is full of light ( 10 windows), the house is well kept, the flat has been fully renovated in 2010.
I can send you a plan of the flat when you contact me, the website did not accept it when i tried to upload it. I speak russian polish french english and my husband speaks dnaish and german.
We are open to ther destinations than the ones I quoted so do not hesitate to contact me:)
