I am offering a studio in Paris, France to swap with a studio or apartment in New York City, NY from October 14th to November 17th, for one or two weeks depending on what you are searching for. Dates can be negotiated. The studio is 25 m2, and is located at the 15th areas of Paris, which are central and very lively parts of the capital. The place is furnished and composed of a large room that also is the bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom and WC separated. There windows in every rooms giving, which gives the studio a lot of light. The studio in inside an apartment complex very well taken care of, with a concierge. - Washing machine, TV with cable, home telephone, Wi-Fi. - The subway station is 5 minutes from the apt., and 2 lines are available (line 8 and line 10). Lots of buses stations around as well and a bike station (Velib', which is the public bike renting system in Paris). - 20 minutes top to go to "Tour Eiffel" walking distance. The place is very close to grocery shops, restaurants, the market is on thuesday and friday, very good bakeries, pharmacies, clothes shops... Don't hesitate to contact me for further information!
