Our flat is 70m2, 3 rooms : parents' room, baby's room and living room. There are 2 balconies 1 large facing south on the bedrooms' side and one small facing north on the living room's side.
We have a great view since it's on the 7th floor (with elevator) and are the highest building around. The bedrooms are quiet as they face a small private yard.
We're very close to a nice market (great for cooking or tasting fresh food) and to a small asian neighbourhood with nice restaurants and grocery stores.
Touristic places are easy to access as the flat is very close to public transportation. Montmartre/Abbesses is within 20min walking, or 5 metro stations. |
