Bonjour , Je mets à la disposition de gens intéressants , sérieux et responsables , mon appartement bien situé dans Le Mans , non loin du circuit des 24h du Mans. Il se trouve au 4eme et dernier étage( /! sans Ascenseur /! ) d'une résidence arborée et espaces verts très calme . Il vient d'etre refait à neuf il y a deux ans. Il y a un grand salon décoré en exotique asiatique , une petite cuisine aménagée bien pratique, 3 chambres , une salle de bain refaite avec une très grande douche.J'ai de plus une partie informatique avec accès Internet etc. Il ya le tramway et un centre commercial à 500m. Des bois et zones verte aménagées se trouve non loin à 2km . Il y a toutes les commodité d'une ville calme avec beaucoup de choses intéressantes à faire . It is located on the 4th and last floor (/! Without Elevator /! ) of a residence with trees and green spaces quiet. It has just been refurbished two years ago. There is a large living room decorated with exotic Asian style, a small practical kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom redone with great shower.I've got some more computers with Internet access and so on. There is a tramway and a shopping center next in 500m. Woods and green areas is close to 2km. There is every convenience of a quiet town with a lots of interesting things to do.
