Our flat is 90 m2 with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, a living room and a small balcony (for a breakfast or for smokers). One room is very big while the second is best for a single (or children). The rooms give on a peatonal street. In the living room there is a couch which can serve as a comfortable double bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped, as well as the bathroom which hahs a shower and a bathtub.
The flat is on the 3rd floor of a 4 floor building but the first 3 floors are offices, so there are no nuisances such as noise. The building itself is from the begining of the 20th century, style Vauban (very high ceiling, a lot of light and a long corridor joining all the rooms in order to maximise the air flows).
Finally, the flat is in the center of town, 10 minutes walking from the vieux-port, there is a tramway station and a subway right next to the flat.
