Our home: Our home is a colourful and peaceful apartment (42 m²), with parquet floors. On the third floor. It is a quiet old Parisian building with a nice courtyard. One purple-style bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm double bed, a big window, a cupboard and a computer desk. One red-and-wood-style living room with a big window, a table seating 4, a sofa, a coffee table with armchairs, and a big bookcase. The bathroom is quite small, but clean and useful. The kitchen is fully-equipped, with a washing machine, a little oven, and a fridge. Surrounding (details): We are a young couple, 23 and 24 years old, and we own a flat in Paris. I'm just beginning my career as a public consultant in Paris. My girlfriend is a thesis drama student, reading contemporary theatre at La Sorbonne University. We're easy-going persons, respectful and quiet. We are really attached to our flat and district, and hope that you will enjoy it too! Activites, curiosities, sights...: The flat is located in the heart of the typical Paris artists' district Belleville. If you aren't familiar with the district, you can find information about it in any guidebook, or from any friend who knows Paris. Within walking distance: 2 minutes from the Jourdain church and metro station, 5 minutes from Parc de Belleville and 8 min from Parc des Buttes Chaumont. And less than 5 minutes from all the bars, cafes, and "bistrots" where you'll enjoy a very typical Parisian atmosphere! By metro or bus: 15 minutes from Quartier Latin, 12 minutes from Châtelet-Les Halles. There are dozens of little food shops, chemists, boulangeries and cafes in the immediate area, and there is a supermarket just next-door.
