Small popular house but with many (6)small rooms (including 3 bedrooms) with garden, 45 mn from center of Paris and near famous Guinguettes along the river Marne. Simple not luxurious but typical popular house built in 1930. Quiet area, garden, 800m from the river Marne, where you can use our canoe. bicycles or tandem. We don't brake the indoors walls so all rooms are small except one of the two rooms at second floor we will add pictures soon, in summer. The open door in summer swiming pool is at two hundred meters if you walk fast. We have also a ford fiesta. And a small garage for this small car. You also can use our small recent scooter (There is also "ski rolls" if somebody likes) a piano, I use to play with an old piano accordéon, there is drums at second floor, plenty of wood in the garden to cook on barbecue if you want, and event a samovar without electricity, it use small pieces of wood or charcoal to drink the tea in the garden.
