We live in an appartment in Saint Etienne which is a town near Lyon. While small, the city by itself is very pleasant. The appartment is downtown, close to all the restaurants, shops and public transportations. This destination is for people who wants to enjoy the French country side and the food (lots of GOOD affordable restaurants, food markets etc.). The place is warm and sunny during summer. We advise renting a car to visit the countryside which is amazing or to go to Lyon which is the second biggest city after Paris (Saint-Etienne - Lyon = less than one hour by car). We are especially looking for a place to stay in any of these towns or states: Chicago, New York city, California, Montana, Utah, but we are open to any proposition for the USA. Bonus: the appartment comes with a wide selection of red wine, white wine and champagne for you to enjoy.
